Welcome to TADRIB Iraq

TADRIB Iraq is an extension of the Iraqi American Chamber of Commerce and Industry's (IACCI) vision and mission. IACCI training initiatives are widely known in Baghdad and throughout Iraq as "TADRIB Iraq" – Training and Development Resources Initiative for Business in Iraq. TADRIB Iraq’s overarching goal is to provide **training and development for all Iraqis that leads to increased employability and overall economic growth.**

Over the past years, TADRIB has completed over 550 professional courses delivered to private individuals, university students, corporate executives, state company officials, and ministry staff. This includes 120 courses for unemployed persons in partnership with USAID contractors Louis Berger Group and IRD, 15 courses with the International Organization for Migration (IOM), and over 275 courses given for state industrial companies.

"Having been cut off from global practices for a long period, Iraq lacks familiarity with modern practices, language fluency, and technical capabilities essential to conducting business. IACCI aims to equip Iraqi trainees with communication, computer, and business development skills, empowering them as key players in rebuilding their country’s economy."
